By purchasing, using, being in possession of one of these templates, you're agreeing to these Terms of Use. If you have any questions, please be sure to ask before buying a template. Terms of Use are legally binding- you use the product, you abide by the terms.
Within a day or two, the template will be sent in a zip file to the email address you provided during the purchase. There are instructions for using the templates on this Instructions for use on Blogger page.
If you don't receive your template within 2 days, please write to me at my Yahoo! address and let me know. This is the same email address you can find at the top and bottom of every page of this website.
As of August 2006, Blogger has launched an online beta version of their new blogging system. These templates will work on this new system and no other that I know of. Please be sure you have sufficiently read and understand the new system if you have not switched over yet. According to their site: once you switch over, you can't switch back; and eventually all Blogger users will be required to switch.
United States copyright laws protect original creations from the moment of creation, with or without copyright notice being given. This protection includes the original content of a website, images, templates. It includes music, lyrics, poetry, essays, artistic renderings, every original blog post ever written, etc. Just because something is easy to steal, as on the internet, does not make it legal, or morally acceptable to do so. Someone worked and put their heart into their original item, have respect for that. Every time you choose to steal something vs. linking to it- you show the world who you truly are.
My templates are only for blogs hosted at Blogspot or using Custom Domain. FTP blogs cannot use the new features that come with the new templates, they can only use templates made for old Blogger. This is because of the way Blogger is set up and has nothing to do with me or my templates.
Sometimes I'll do custom work, sometimes I won't. Several factors are involved in my decision. All you can do is write to me and describe what you want and ask if I will do it. There is a fee, and I will get a large portion of it, non-refundable, as payment for my time before I work on your project. Once I accept a project and have received the payment, I will devote myself to your project.
When someone responds to your requests for assistance, it's polite to READ what they've written, TRY the advice given, and RESPOND back so the person knows if it worked or not. If you can't be bothered to read, try, and respond to the solutions I offer you, I will, from that point on, be unable to read, try solutions, and respond to any requests for assistance you send me. I don't appreciate spending my time working on your problem just to have you not follow through.
